Matthew graduated from Florida State University in 2000 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Real Estate and began his career in the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis. While at Grubb & Ellis, Matthew worked primarily on ground-up development including land acquisition, tenant leasing, and investment sales of Power Centers, Grocery Anchored Centers, and Neighborhood Centers. After being recruited to work in-house for a regional developer, Matthew spent four years working with ownership on acquisition, entitlements, leasing, finance, construction, and disposition. Matthew returned to brokerage in 2007 to work with Hogan & Associates where he was a Top 3 overall producer in 2007-2008 and the Top commercial agent in 2008. Matthew has completed over $250,000,000 in land acquisition, leasing, and investment sales in the past five years.
