Matt Murphy is a Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Texas office Capital Markets Practice, bringing more than a decade of institutional real estate experience. As part of the Office Investment Advisors (OIA) group, he specializes in the sale of office investment properties for institutional clients. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Matt played a key role in CBRE’s Texas Capital Markets Institutional Properties team, contributing to the successful closing of over 50 equity sales transactions totaling more than 13 million square feet, representing $1.7 billion.
Matt has held previous roles at Eastdil Secured, focusing on office and life science transactions, and Crow Holdings Capital Partners, where he worked in acquisitions and asset management.
