Matt Nunley serves as Senior Development Manager for Hillwood’s Multifamily division. Matt joined Hillwood eight years ago and is responsible for the design, permitting, construction, stabilization, and disposition of multifamily projects within the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area and other Texas markets.
Matt oversees every stage of the multifamily development process and has been involved in the development of over 2,300 units since joining Hillwood. Matt is also a key player in Hillwood’s land acquisition strategy as it relates to the company’s multifamily portfolio.
Prior to Hillwood, Matt worked in multifamily construction for Camden Property Trust managing the construction of three multifamily developments across Texas totaling 800 units and the repositioning of a 1,600-bed student housing project.
Outside of Hillwood, Matt is actively involved in the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, the Aggie Real Estate Network, and Urban Land Institute. He is also a member of the Greater Denton/Wise County Association of Realtors and the National Multi-Housing Council.
