Matthew Pastrano is a Senior Vice President within Colliers Dallas office. He specializes in the representation of Multifamily Owners in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. He brings deep experience transacting across recent construction, workforce housing & LIHTC assets. He has successfully executed in excess of $500M in transactions since 2023. Matthew serves as an advisor to his clients, enabling him to provide strategic market driven guidance to exceed investment goals.
Prior to joining Colliers, Matthew co-led the Dallas Private Client/Middle Market platform at CBRE, where he advised multifamily owners on acquisition and disposition strategies across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Before CBRE, he served as Vice President of Acquisitions at 180 Multifamily Properties, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing investments across a diverse multifamily portfolio. This experience provides him with a well-rounded perspective on both the investment and advisory sides of the multifamily capital markets.
