As team leader of The Peters Team, Peters brings over a decade of investment sales experience and has evaluated more than 1,000 books of value and $5 billion in commercial real estate across New York City and beyond. His closed transactions total over $165 million and include multiple record-breaking sales.
On a daily basis, Peters advises property owners on portfolio strategy, underwrites complex assets, and executes exclusive sales transactions.
