Matthew leads the team of 20 professionals at Northern Equities Group, overseeing the company’s versatile real estate portfolio and investment opportunities. Prior to joining Northern Equities Group in 2001, Matthew was an associate in the Real Estate Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher, a leading law firm located in Manhattan, New York. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Juris Doctor, both from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the State Bar of New York and is a licensed builder. Matthew also co-founded a national mini storage company and often invests in early stage Michigan-based technology companies.
