Matt is co-owner of CSG Partners, LLC and is responsible for negotiating financing, acquisition, disposition and redevelopment transactions. Matt also manages all legal and operational matters for CSG Partners and oversees all financial reporting for its owned and managed properties. In his tenure with CSG Partners, Matt has closed over $450MM in transaction volume (debt/equity/acquisition/disposition). Prior to joining Partners, Matt practiced law in California and Maryland, specializing in taxation, general business representation, private client matters, and business succession planning. In addition to his legal experience, Matt also served as controller for a California wholesale insurance brokerage. Matt is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles (Business Economics) and the UCLA School of Law and is admitted to both the California and Maryland State Bars.
