Matt brings a unique strategic and marketing focus to the industrial asset class in the Fraser Valley. With deep family ties to commercial real estate in the Valley, Matt understands the owner’s point-of-view and the importance of honest, ethical, long-term relationships. Along with the rest of the Marcus & Millichap industrial real estate division, Matt is a determined, solution-oriented, strategic partner.
Matt came to commercial real estate by a circuitous path. After attending the University of British Columbia for English Literature and Dalhousie University Law School, Matt spent the next 25 years in the upper echelons of Canadian advertising, creating national advertising campaigns for blue chip companies like Volkswagen, Procter & Gamble, Kellogg’s and Tim Hortons.
