Matt Waldron joined CBRE-Kansas City in June 2026 as an Associate with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services specializing in Office Properties. Matt focuses on the facilitation of lease transactions and the disposition of Office Properties throughout the Kansas City metro.
Matt earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Missouri-Columbia. During his time at Mizzou, he gained experience in the Real Estate and Banking industries. In his junior year, Matt spent his time as an intern at Newmark Zimmer with the Capital Markets and Investments Sales team assisting with financial analysis and market research for acquisitions and dispositions. During his senior year, he spent his time as a Real Estate Capital intern working on the origination of CMBS loans.
