Mr. Habif is an Associate Director in the Miami office of HFF with more than five years of experience in real estate and finance. He focuses primarily on multi-housing investment sales throughout the southeastern United States.
During his career, he has been involved in more than $660 million in transactions.
Mr. Habif joined the firm in November 2011. Prior to joining HFF, he interned at Urdang Securities Management while attending the University of Pennsylvania to receive his MBA. Prior to that, he was an Analyst at Oliver Wyman (formerly Mercer Management Consulting). Mr. Habif also interned at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Analyst while attending Princeton University for his undergraduate degree.
