Meg has worked in the commercial real estate industry for almost fifteen (15) years beginning with Liberty Property Trust in 2004. After several years of property management, she moved “behind the scenes” to lease accounting and management with Regency Centers and Flagler Development Company, both in Jacksonville, where her portfolios exceeded 6 million square feet of retail and commercial space.
Most recently Ms. Balke worked with the Jacksonville Economic Development Commission (JEDC) on several projects, including the re-development and leasing of Cecil Commerce Center, formerly Cecil Field.
Meg brings a strong mix of commercial, retail and industrial background to Addison Commercial with marketing, accounting and property management experience. She holds a Real Estate Broker’s license and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee.
