As Executive Vice President and Partner of SWH Real Estate Group, Megan oversees and navigates all aspects of the sales process, including asset evaluation and sales, portfolio and strategy assessment, advisory services, and asset restructuring, providing clients with efficient and effective solutions when engaged to sell properties in any asset class. Specializing in the sale of residential, multi-family, and commercial real estate assets throughout southern California.
Prior to joining The Seymour | Weinberger Group, Megan was the Regional Business Development Director for Keller Williams Forward Living. There, she was responsible for overseeing 12 Keller Williams offices across the Southern California region, launching a media and a public relations division, and increasing the company's production year over year. Since the start of her executive career in 2011, she has been involved in over $12 Billion in transactions working with some of LA's most prominent Brokers and notable properties.
