Melissa is a Senior Managing Director in the Florida office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, and Co-Head of the Orlando office. She has over 26 years of experience in commercial real estate with specialization in the origination of debt, joint venture equity, and structured finance. Throughout the course of her career Melissa has been involved with billions of dollars in institutional transactions across the country with a particular focus on multifamily (both market-rate and affordable housing).
Prior to joining JLL in 2021, Melissa was the Managing Director/Senior Vice President of NorthMarq’s Orlando office. She joined there in 2004 and quickly became one of the company’s top real estate investment bankers and a top agency producer. Melissa has originated transactions in 15 different states and the District of Columbia. She had the honor to be recognized as Commercial Property Executive’s Stars to Watch and Globe Street – Women of Influence, 2015 award.
