Ms. Jarrell's specialty includes partnering with national, regional and local clients to develop strategies to maximize the utility and value of their office real estate facilities. She takes a process-oriented and quantitative approach to each project, using high level analytics to relentlessly advocate on behalf of her clients to deliver optimal real estate solutions. Ms. Jarrell has advised clients throughout state of Florida and other states. Mia has worked directly on Landlord representation, Tenant representation, and Building Sales in the Tampa Bay market. Mia has an M.B.A. from the University of Miami and a B.S. from Wright State University. She entered the commercial real estate field in 2004 with a pharmaceutical sales background, having worked for Bristol Myers Squibb. Currently pursuing CCIM designation.
