Bio
Michael Anise serves as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of FG Communities, a real estate holding company focused on acquiring, owning, and managing manufactured housing communities. Mr. Anise instrumental in acquiring and integrating the company's portfolio of communities and brings more than 25 years of experience spanning manufactured housing investing, business banking, and public company financial leadership.
Prior to FG Communities, Anise served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Manufactured Housing Properties, Inc. (MHPC), where he oversaw a portfolio of manufactured housing communities. He also held CFO roles at Crossroads Financial and Comprehensive Financial Solutions. Earlier in his career, he served as SVP Finance/SEC Reporting at China Direct (NASDAQ: CDII) and Director of SEC Reporting at Innkeepers USA.
