Michael Babicz specializes in the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial assets throughout the Puget Sound and Seattle/Tacoma MSA. Prior to joining The Vara Team, Mr. Babicz worked in his family’s construction business. He leverages his market expertise and The Vara Team’s platform to develop tailored investment strategies for his clients by analyzing market trends and addressing the challenges they face.
Mr. Babicz attended Washington State University, where he earned a B.A. in Economics with an emphasis in financial markets and a minor in Business Administration. In his personal time, he enjoys skiing, golfing, wakeboarding, and spending time with friends and family.
