Michael has been in the Commercial Real Estate Industry for 25 years.
Michael has been with Brown Harris Stevens Commercial Real Estate for the past 7 years, prior to that Michael owned his own brokerage company, completing sale and lease transactions as well as Development projects.
Michael has focused on primarily Investment Sales transactions and tenant representation. He has marketed many properties for sale and lease all throughout the New York Metropolitan area. Michael has also been involved in multiple lease and sale transactions while representing Tenants, Landlords all with exclusive representation.
