Michael Cashman is an urgent care real estate broker focused on smaller medical centers (typically four tenants or fewer) across Colorado, Texas, Iowa, Minnesota, and all states to the east. Based in Matthews REIS’s Fort Lauderdale office, he helps investors buy and sell single-tenant and multi-tenant urgent care properties, bringing a strategic, hands-on approach to every deal. Michael is part of a specialized team that also covers retail assets throughout the Midwest and Southwest, including shopping centers, quick-serve restaurants (QSR), and Dollar Generals—offering full-spectrum investment support across asset types.
