Bio
Michael Collins joined Newmark in 2023 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the company’s New York City headquarters. A 15-year corporate real estate veteran, Collins has substantial expertise in investment sale and equity placement with a key focus on the multifamily sector. He has conducted more than 100 transactions worth in excess of $50 billion.
Collins came to Newmark after serving as a Director for eight years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was responsible for all aspects of an investment sale transaction. Prior to his time at Cushman & Wakefield, Collins was an Associate at Deutsche Bank’s alternative investment arm, DWS (formerly RREEF).
