Michael Etemad joined CBRE as part of the Florida Investment Property Retail team in 2013. Mr. Etemad previously worked as an investment banking analyst at HFP Capital Markets LLC, a boutique investment bank in New York, NY. Mr. Etemad also worked as a financial analyst in the insurance and subprime financing industries.
Mr. Etemad graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2008.
