Michael Fitzgerald is a Principal with Mid-America Real Estate Wisconsin, LLC leading the Asset Advisory Group with oversight of leasing, recapitalization, and redevelopment of client assets. Fitzgerald rejoined Mid-America after ten years, during which time he was with IRC Retail Centers (formerly Inland Real Estate Corp.) where he served as Executive Vice President, Leasing & Transactions overseeing a national portfolio of open-air and grocery-anchored shopping centers. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds ICSC Certified Leasing Specialist certification.
