Michael Gary has been involved with commercial real estate in Houston for over 25 years as an Office, Retail , Industrial Landlord Rep, , Full Tenant representation , and all commercial industry acquisitions , representing both Buyer & Seller.. Michael also has been a commercial Property & portfolio Manager for over 20 yrs. He is currently a Senior Advisor for Leopold & Strahan Commercial, Prior to joining Leopold & Strahan Commercial , Michael was a VP / Senior Advisor with LandPark Commercial, for over 10+ yrs as a top producer, handling a portfolio that was over 1,300,000.00 sf, comprised of Office, Retail ,Industrial, as well as Tenant Representation .. Michael worked for a large publicly traded company, as well , As a Director of Leasing, he was solely responsible for approximately 1.2 million square feet of Class A, B, and C commercial office buildings, industrial space. Michael has completed over 1,000 significant commercial lease transactions .
Michael’s depth in real estate also extends towards Operations, which allows him to better understand an asset and market it accordingly to all prospects.
