Equipped with extensive experience in financial underwriting of institutional investment properties and working with private and institutional clients throughout his career, he has in-depth market knowledge across all major asset classes including industrial, office, retail and land. Prior to joining IPA, Michael was the Director, Financial Analysis of Capital Markets at Colliers International Canada. A graduate from Western University, he holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation and is an active member of NAIOP.
