Bio
I was born and raised in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. After graduating high school in 1985, I joined the United States Coast Guard, beginning a 20-year career of active-duty service. During that time, I lived in 10 different states—from Boston, Massachusetts to Miami, Florida—gaining firsthand experience in relocation, adaptability, and leadership. I retired from the Coast Guard in 2005 with a deep commitment to service, integrity, and helping others navigate change.
Following my military career, I spent 18 years in the oil and gas industry as an independent Landman and Land Agent, negotiating the buying, selling, and leasing of oil and gas rights, along with other surface and subsurface property interests. This background sharpened my attention to detail, contract expertise, and understanding of property from both a strategic and practical perspective.
My passion for helping people ultimately led me to real estate.
As someone with a family who has moved frequently for work, I understand the stress that comes with life’s major transitions—relocation, new careers, marriage, divorce, growing families, and even the loss of loved ones. Often, these events overlap, creating what can feel like the perfect storm. Having lived it myself, I approach real estate with empathy, patience, and a steady hand.
As your real estate professional, my goal is simple: to guide you through the process with clarity, confidence, and care—making your buying or selling experience as smooth and positive as possible.
We are all on a journey. I’d be honored to help guide you through the next chapter of yours.
