Mike Mitchelson joined CBRE in 2002 as an Industrial Broker. Prior to joining CBRE, Mike was a Vice President with Grubb & Ellis/The Winbury Group, since 1995. His primary emphasis with that company was in the leasing and sales of industrial properties in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
During his tenure he has been involved in many different types of transactions including: sales, leases, portfolio sales, land acquisition, development, sale/leasebacks and build-to-suit transactions.
Mike has spent 16 years specializing in the leasing, selling, and development of industrial real estate. In addition, he earned his CCIM designation in 1999 and SIOR in 2010 to further help advise his clients.
