Michael joined forces with his brother in 2009 to start Mo2 Properties, LLC. He currently oversees the brokerage and acquisitions at Mo2 Properties, using his stellar negotiating skills to obtain the best deal on new acquisitions for the company and its third-party investors. Michael also consults for the construction department on unit layout and development for buildings under rehab to optimize space and increase profitability. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate brokerage, development and construction. In his free time, Michael enjoys working out, watching hockey, eating candy and spending time with his wife and two sons.
