Michael is a father to Oliver (9 years old), and husband to Danielle Schlichte (18 years), and a long-time resident of Rio Rancho. He and Danielle just completed building their dream home in Corrales New Mexico where he plans to raise his family and lay down even deeper roots. Michaels Office is Located at 1100 Alameda Blvd. He and Danielle own and it is the 3rd commercial building they have purchased, rehabbed, and either continue to rent or sold for a profit.
Michael has been a licensed Realtor since 2005. He began his career as a home flipper. Since that time Michael and his team have flipped over 300 homes in NM ranging from Artesia to Farmington and every city in between. He has raised over $30 million in private funds (hard Money) for various commercial and residential projects.
Michael and Danielle currently own Absolute Real Estate. In 2013 Michael Started Absolute Property Management. A Residential property management company. With the help of his team, he increased that company to 300 units managed by 8 employees. Michael sold absolute property management in September of 2021, to focus all of his energy on Absolute Real Estate and His personal real estate portfolio.
Absolute Real Estate currently has 10 licensed broker’s and Michaels personal sales volume averages $10-$15 million per year. That sales volume is a mix between residential, commercial, and vacant land sales for customers. He also continues to flip 4-8 residential homes, and 1-3 commercial buildings per year. Finally, Michael loves to flip vacant land using creative owner financing strategies.
