Michael K. Silver has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1975. In 1980, Michael joined the CB Richard Ellis' Miami-Downtown Office as an Industrial Specialist. During the past twenty-five years, Mr. Silver has represented landlords, tenants, landowners, developers, buyer/sellers, in addition to local and national real estate investors. Mr. Silver has successfully negotiated more than 1,200 transactions from original project conception to ultimate transaction completion.
