Michelle Kirsch started her career in real estate in 1970, pursuing residential sales first before moving into commercial and retail properties.
Throughout this 30-year period she was active in other endeavors, during which time she made contacts with a number of real estate investors for whom she pursued opportunities as both a broker and an advisor.
Always intrigued by the opportunities in sales and marketing analysis, she also pursued a parallel career in developing programs for Fortune 500 companies and retail property owners to enhance their market share. For proven ability and achievement in advertising, she was honored by GTE.
Immediately prior to joining Joe Foster Company she represented a variety of retail investors as a purchaser's representative, contacting both principals and brokers to negotiate acquisitions of retail ranging from a small $2,000,000 retail center to grocery anchored community centers of up to $15,000,000.
At JFC she has continued to put emphasis on working as a purchaser's representative, making use of many of the relationships she has developed over the years in the real estate investment communities. She is currently an active member of CREW Connect, is working on her CCIM candidacy and is also active in the Real Estate Council of Dallas.
Born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, Michelle graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.Ed. and a Masters in Education.
