Michelle Nicholson is IRG’s Vice President Leasing and Tenant Relations and has worked with IRG since 2015. She focuses on cultivating opportunities for tenants, providing them options to expand within IRG’s portfolio. She also oversees leasing efforts at substantial projects in Northeast. Nicholson works closely with the national leasing team to uncover value opportunities. She has placed hundreds of new tenants at IRG properties, which represents more than 35 million square feet in transactions.
Prior to working for IRG, she managed industrial sales and leasing projects with Industrial Commercial Properties, LLC and was named the area’s 2023 CoStar Power Broker for industrial. Nicholson also worked as a National Account Executive for a capital equipment manufacturer, managing relationships with multiple Fortune 500 companies across the United States and Canada.
