1991-Present President, MPB Realty Services, Inc. - MPB manages approximately 80 shopping centers, office buildings and industrial parks. We are also involved in the development of several pad buildings and numerous re-development projects. The size of our projects range from 3,500 – 300,000 square feet, located in Pinal, Maricopa, and Pima Counties consisting primarily of un-anchored retail strip centers. The company currently holds an active Arizona Real Estate Broker’s License.
1986-1990 Vice President, Calavest - Managed and leased approximately 26 shopping centers and office buildings for mid-sized syndicator based in San Diego, California.
1981-1985 Vice President, Tessier and Associates – Headed up in-house management and leasing for this mid-size syndicator that developed, managed and leased numerous shopping centers in the Metro Phoenix area.
1973-1980 Commercial Leasing Agent, Del Webb Development Company - Leased 21 neighborhood shopping centers, 4 office buildings and handled all land sales within Sun City, Arizona.
