Mike DeHart is Principal Broker at Horizon Commercial Realty. Mike brings over 25 years of experience in asset acquisition and disposition, Landlord representations, Tenant representation, and property management functions to name a few of his roles at Horizon. In addition to previous experience in the industry with a well-respected local brokerage firm, Mike gained experience as a National Accounts Representative with a national automotive company and later served as Sales Manager for a national consumer products company.
Mike proudly served 11 years in the United States Military and is a certified Russian Linguist. Mike received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kentucky in Foreign Language and International Economics. He is an Associate Member of CCIM and KCREA (Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance), a past member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and the Louisville Chapter of Rotary International, as well as the Chair for the Spalding Athletic Committee. He holds a Broker's Real Estate license in both Kentucky and Indiana. Mike is a two-time recipient of the CoStar Top Power Broker award, named a Top Office Leasing Broker in 2017, and a Top Retail Leasing Broker in 2012.
