Bio
Mike specializes in San Diego County Industrial/R&D properties and investments, representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, and investors. Prior to joining SRS, Mike was a top-producing senior leader at Colliers. He began his commercial real estate career in 1998 after serving as a bank regulator with the U.S. Treasury Department, where he evaluated national banks and audited commercial loan and OREO portfolios.
Mike has a B.S. in finance and economics, and an MBA in finance and real estate from San Diego State University. He is a member of SIOR and NAIOP. Outside of the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, and attending U.S. Naval Academy water polo games to see his son. Mike loves to surf, travel, and to exchange ideas on diverse topics, including finance and economics.
