Michael Kahan brings more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate to Blueprint Commercial. He began his brokerage career at one of Philadelphia’s largest full-service firms before graduating from The George Washington University in 2002. Early on, Mike was mentored by some of the Tri-State area’s most respected power brokers, developing deep expertise in acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily and mixed-use properties, as well as tenant and landlord representation across retail, restaurant, office, and industrial sectors.
Known for his strategic, market-specific approach, Mike guides clients through every step of the transactional process — whether representing individual owners, regional businesses, or national brands. His extensive experience includes advising sellers and buyers, landlords and tenants, attorneys, receiverships, banks, and family partnerships throughout the Philadelphia region.
When he’s not working on commercial real estate deals, Mike enjoys helping his wife, Ali, with her business, Charming Garlands, and serves as Treasurer for his neighborhood HOA. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his daughters, Violet and Jade, and their dogs, Honey and Lady. Mike also enjoys travel, a robust full-bodied coffee, staying active, cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, and collecting wristwatches.
