Mike McFadden joined Hiffman as an industrial broker in 2025, focusing on the Northern Cook County, Lake County, and Southeast Wisconsin markets.
Mike’s expertise is in his prospecting skills, building a strong base in the early stages of his brokerage career. Before his start in the commercial real estate industry, Mike gained experience in logistics and sales through his previous role as a business development representative for Arrive Logistics and sales development representative for Farmer’s Fridge.
Mike earned his bachelor’s degree from Marquette University in 2022, where he studied marketing in Marquette’s College of Business Administration.
