Michael G. Stapen, as a founding member of Mopper-Stapen, Realtors and now an associate broker with NAI Savannah, has had a successful career in the real estate industry for over 41 years. During this time, he has represented principles involved in many of the transactions that have helped shape the commercial market we have today. Heavily involved in land sales and licensed in both GA and SC, he has sold large tracts for Retail, Industrial, Office & Residential development in the Savannah area and low country. His clients include national & regional Developers & Retailers, as well as local investors & users that utilize his expertise for site selection and lease/purchase negotiations.
He is a Graduate of University of Georgia with a BBA in Real Estate and has taught Real Estate classes at Armstrong Atlantic University in Savannah. He has done extensive appraisal work as part of the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and is a former member of National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (NACORE).
