Mitash Kripalani is a 20-year commercial real estate veteran and Managing Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Capital Markets Group. He specializes in the valuation, advisory, and disposition of multifamily, land, and mixed-use redevelopment opportunities across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and greater Florida. Over the course of his career, Mitash has been involved in more than $2 billion in completed transactions, advising institutional owners, developers, private equity groups, and family offices across some of the region’s most dynamic growth corridors.
Recognized for his deep market knowledge, zoning expertise, and strategic approach, Mitash is frequently engaged for complex land assemblies, highest-and-best-use analyses, and Live Local Act entitlement strategy. His work spans major South Florida submarkets including Edgewater, Wynwood, Hollywood Beach, Miami Gardens, Doral, Hialeah, and Pompano Beach, where he has led numerous high-profile assignments and redevelopment mandates.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mitash served as Vice President at Colliers International, advising on institutional multifamily and land assets. His background as both a broker and an operator—combined with the CCIM designation—gives him a unique financial, analytical, and owner-minded perspective that clients rely on for execution and long-term strategy.
Mitash remains deeply connected within the development and capital markets ecosystem, collaborating closely with leading investors, lenders, and partners to source opportunities, structure deals, and drive value creation across Florida.
