Mitch Walsh is a Director in Gantry’s St. Louis office where he is responsible for sourcing loan debt and equity placements for a variety of commercial real estate investments. Mitch has worked with numerous insurance companies, agencies, conduits, banks, and other financial institutions and has helped deliver the best strategic financing solutions to their clients.
Prior to Gantry, Mitch served a similar role at Q10 | Triad, where he had underwritten and closed over $2B dollars in debt and equity in over 100 transactions across various commercial and multifamily real estate.
Mitch, a St. Louis native, graduated from the University of Missouri in 2013 with a B.S. in Business Administration and an emphasis in Finance & Real Estate.
