Mitesh “Mike” Patel joined Heritage Hospitality Group after graduating from Mississippi State University in 2007. He initially led the company’s division for developing residential assets, and transitioned into the hospitality division when commercial projects began to evolve. Mike was surrounded by hotels his entire life. He learned every aspect of the business — from marketing and sales to front desk operations to housekeeping. Under Mike’s direction, many of the properties received excellent inspection scores and achieved high customer satisfaction ratings.
