Morena began her career in commercial real estate at Avison Young in 2015, and is a Senior Associate and Manager for the Calgary Retail Services Team. She manages the team’s day-to-day tasks, has a leading role in reporting and site selection for clients, financial analysis and ensures that all transactions are progressing accordingly. Morena's constant communication with clients has helped her build a notable reputation in the industry. She prides herself on her market knowledge and analysis, client services, work ethic, and organization skills. While working alongside Principals, Hani Abdelkader and Josh Rahme, Morena manages a large portfolio of clients, which includes some of Calgary’s major landlords and developers, as well as numerous national retailers. The result-driven approach for herself and her teammates has led to numerous significant assignments, including Shop at Buffalo Run, Sierra Springs Shopping Centre, Savanna Bazaar, Creekside Shopping Centre, London Town Square, Strategic Group Portfolio, Allied Portfolio, Calgary Co-op Leasing and Renewal Portfolio, and Beacon Heights Shopping Centre.
