Mox is an Executive Vice President in the Minneapolis office of Colliers Minneapolis-St. Paul. As part of Colliers' Capital Markets Group, he co-leads Colliers' Minnesota Multifamily team, focusing on acquisition, disposition and financing of all transactions. Through years of capital markets advisory with a singular focus on multi-family, Mox has developed a keen understanding of Minnesota’s investment landscape and provides his clients meaningful, data driven insights when analyzing potential opportunities.
Mox joined Colliers from JLL, where he was a Managing Director. Since 2018, he and his teammates have completed transactions totaling in excess of $1.85 billion. Mox’s experience includes new development, affordable housing, debt/equity placement, student housing, and value-add multi-housing investment sales.
