In 1995 I moved to the Daytona Beach area from Washington DC. I discovered paradise! What a wonderful place to live, work, raise a family, vacation and/or retire! I am actually a Registered Dietitian. I earned my B.S. in Nutrition at the University of Maryland. For many years I worked in the nutrition and fitness fields and began my own business, "Nutrition Makeovers". During this time I also enjoyed personal success in my Real Estate endeavors, buying and selling properties. I discovered an untapped talent and decided to add a Real Estate License to my repertoire.
Now, I only work in the Real Estate field and have helped many others enjoy their own personal success in Real Estate as well. I am passionate about Real Estate and adore my career. I strongly believe in continuing education and am constantly searching for ways to better serve my customers. Most recently I have become a SFR, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource and an ASP, "Accredited Staging Professional". The way we live in a home and the way we market and sell a house are 2 entirely different concepts. Homes which are on the market need to be showcased and staged. My listings shine because they are decorated to sell. Staging a home is usually done with the owner's furnishings, and my eye for what buyers want to see. I also remodel homes and am and expert faux painter, therefore I know how to "dress up" a home without wasting a lot of time and money.
My approach to Real Estate is simple, I call it: The 4 "E"ase approach. I am "E"thical, well "E"ducated, I have well rounded "E"xperience, and lots of "E"nthusiasm. I will use my 4 "E"ase approach to make your next Real Estate transaction "E"asy, successful and stress free!

Nancy did a superb job with the sale of my deceased brothers house. All questions and concerns were addressed in the shortest time possible. I had utmost trust and confidence in Nancy's handling of the process which was extremely important to me since I live and communicated from Pennsylvania. Additionally, she went above and beyond with dealing with the disposition of my brother's estate property. She was a tremendous help and pleasure to work with.
