Nancy moved to WRA after decades with a global commercial real estate company, bringing with her a depth of industry knowledge of representing landlords, local to national retailers, and investment clients in Tucson and other key Southwest Arizona markets.
Her career spans major retail transformation — from de-malling a 1.1 million SF core-plus center into a super-power center, to advising clients on repositioning strategies that attract dynamic retailers and restaurants built to withstand the test of time. Known for her depth of market knowledge and following national trends, her long-standing clients consistently say her collaborative advisory services have been the key to their properties’ success. This approach has made her equally valuable to the tenants she represents, giving real-time market activity and area nuances that allow for site selection. Her keen understanding of the market has translated into investment sales on behalf of long-standing clients who have reached optimization of their holdings and brings the reach of an investor pool resulting in successful closings.
Nancy has always dedicated time to volunteer and contribute to non-profit organizations. Starting at an early age, her passion for the organizations often led to leadership roles. Presently, she is involved as a member of the Tucson Airport Authority, serves on The University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management’s National Board of Advisors, Women Leading Southern Arizona, Charter 100, and Southern Arizona Leadership Council, among others. Recognized as the Most Influential Woman in Arizona (AZBigMedia), and Woman of Influence (Inside Tucson Business and also Real Estate).
When she’s not making deals, Nancy likes to travel, hike, and spend time with her family.
