Natasha Davis is a multifamily property specialist with the Fresno office focusing on then Central Valley area. Natasha grew up in brokerage watching her father grow a successful Real Estate & Mortgage brokerage named Key West. She helped her family refurbish and manage units while growing up in Fresno, Ca. She was recruited to New York City after graduating from California State University Fresno with a bachelor’s degree in International Communication. She enjoyed being a part of the multifaceted Bracha Group with Keller Williams NYC office focusing on research, market analysis, property advertising, negotiating and creating deals in the highly competitive New York City market. It is with this expertise that Natasha was able to see an amazing opportunity to come back to the Central Valley and be of service to a very underserved commercial market. She combined superior marketing and sales execution to maximize the value of her client's listings and compliment the Mimms Groups with Marcus & Millichap as an Associate in July 2017 and had formed an alliance with Jon Mimms of the Mimms Group. During her three years there over 2500 units were sold, financed or exchanged, totaling close to 300 million in sales. She excels at creating strong relationships with new and existing clients and advising them on creating wealth by analyzing their portfolio and determining how best to plan sales and purchases of properties with an array of industry tools. Teaming up with Northgate Commercial/ NAI Pence, Natasha is equipped to assure her clients that they will effectively weather the recurring real estate cycles that the industry often experiences. When away from the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as organizing and volunteering for various non-profit organizations in town such as Fresno Family Picnic, C.A.P., Margery Mason Center, etc..
