Bio
Nate’s real estate journey began back in 2002 when he worked as a land broker in California with Regional Land Company. In 2007, Nate and his family made the move to Las Vegas where he continued his real estate career, transitioning from land acquisition to helping clients buy and sell homes and commercial properties. Shaffer continued his move east to St. George, Utah in mid 2016 where he eventually opened the now active brokerage, Element Real Estate Brokers.
Experienced in land deals and commercial leases/buys, Nate has the skills to navigate any real estate transaction.
Nate maintains his real estate license in California and Nevada. Since becoming a broker in the state of Utah Nate continues to cater to all types of real estate sales and to expand his reach through assistance with helping other agents enhance their abilities.
