Neeko Seyferth is the Field Superintendent at Freshwater Development, where he manages day-to-day construction operations on site. In this role, he works directly with trades to ensure that quality standards, project schedules, and budget goals are consistently met.
Prior to joining Freshwater, Neeko served as a Project Manager for Whiteford Associates and Hallmark Construction and also operated his own construction business. His diverse experience across project management and hands-on construction brings valuable insight and leadership to the field.
Neeko holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Eastern Michigan University and is actively involved in the local community as a hockey coach.
