Ms. Stern's breath of commercial real estate experience as an attorney and broker includes managing and closing multi-million dollar bond financing development project with a combination of local, state and federal loans, bonds, and grants. Ms. Stern has managed entitlements, the subdivision process, sales and marketing and the corresponding legal matters for the largest adaptive re-use project in Downtown Los Angeles, which included Santee Village and the Textile Building totaling 445 residential units and 100,000 sq ft of retail. She has also conducted site acquisition work for FLO TV in AZ, CA, and NV. Ms. Stern is versed in negotiating deals, reviewing contracts, and well known for her ability to save and close deals.
