Over 40 years’ experience in central London office agency, investment and development consultancy. Advising clients on the purchase and sale of sites, buildings and land and the funding of development schemes.
Started at Clive Lewis & Partners in 1985. Became an associate of De Groot Collis in 1987 and joined Hodnett Martin Smith in 1990, becoming a director in 1995. Following the sale of the company in 2005 to DTZ, was a director in the West End agency team. Jointly formed Hanover Green in September 2009.
