Nick Orozco serves as Assistant Portfolio Manager with Sand Capital, responsible for assisting and adding value to portfolio investments through new leasing, lease renewals, lease restructuring, and new development. Nick also supports the acquisitions team by contributing market research and tenant performance research and developing and maintaining broker, tenant, and other essential contact networks and relationships.
Prior to joining Sand Capital, Nick was an Assistant Property Manager with MCC Realty Group, a boutique commercial real estate firm based in Walnut Creek, California. Prior to that, he was a Tenant Administrator for Shorenstein Realty Services.
Nick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from Arizona State University.
