Nick leads Van Vlissingen and Co.’s office and industrial real estate leasing and sales efforts. His thirty-eight years of experience at Van Vlissingen and Co. have been in the Lake County and north suburban commercial and industrial real estate market. A Northern Illinois University graduate, he is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA) and licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker.
